About Us

The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® (LCBR) is a trade association composed of Real Estate Brokers, Property Managers, Appraisers, and other professionals engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our members subscribe to the NAR Code of Ethics, and are committed to protecting and promoting private home ownership rights and maintaining high professional standards of practice for our industry.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its Code of Ethics. Our members are also part of the Oregon Association of REALTORS®.

Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® was established in 1987 and serves members throughout Lincoln County, Tillamook County, and surrounding areas in Oregon.

Our purpose is to safeguard and advance the interests of REALTORS® and the PUBLIC, and to enable our members to professionally serve our community’s real estate needs.
